My permanent makeup philosophy is that natural shapes and colors should be used to enhance and restore the natural beauty that each of us have. My goal is that after the procedure heals the effects should be natural and not attention-getting or obvious. Here is a short summary of my history with permanent makeup. . .

I completed my training and apprenticeship in permanent makeup February 2006 with a prominent instructor in the field; Helen Snow. Helen has been a source of inspiration to me in her personal life as well as her professional life.

Helen began her career in permanent makeup in 1991 and is a highly regarded veteran in the industry. She is a founding member of the Permanent Makeup Society of Arizona, and a member of the American Academy of Micropigmentation (AAM). Helen was one of the first to take the board examination given by the AAM receiving the title FAAM, and received her certification as a CMI (Certified Micropigmentation Instructor). In 2004 she received a lifetime achievement award from the AAM relating to her knowledge of pigments and numbing agents.
